We are delighted that you are considering our nursery for your child. Please follow the steps below to apply:

1. Visit the School
   We encourage you to visit the school to meet our staff and see the nursery in action. Contact the school office to arrange a mutually convenient time - 01274 564681.

2. Complete the Admission Forms
   Application forms are available at the school office, please pop in to collect or alternatively contact us and we can email them to you. admin@myrtlepark.bradford.sch.uk

3. Additional Documents
   Along with your application, please provide a copy of your child's birth certificate for our records.

4. Home Visit
   Once we receive your application and your child has been allocated a place a member of our Nursery team will arrange a home visit as part of our induction process.
